Axis NDT have been carrying out NDT inspections to super heater repairs and new tube inserts over the last 2 weeks. In the confined spaces, Phased Array was a great solution and gave 100% volumetric inspection. #AXISNDT #PhasedArray #NDT #biomass

It’s been another busy few weeks at Axis NDT. We have been supporting numerous companies with NDT Inspections. This is from a Gas pipeline project we’ve completed with some late night/early morning welding. #AxisNDT #PhasedArray #NDT

Something a little bit different. This is a radiograph of a motorbike wheel checking for defects prior to it being used on track. Contact one of the team to see how we can assist with your projects. #wheeliegoodwheel #axisndt #NDT #XRAY #FIA

Axis NDT can carry out onsite radiography with onsite film development utilising our mobile darkroom. This ensures all radiographs are acceptable prior to leaving site meaning no additional site visits and reduced inspection costs. #xray #mobiledarkroom #AXISNDT

This indication was found using Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing. The welder didn't believe our findings, so we cut it up. The defect was sized and positioned giving through wall extent and depth to within 1mm. #AxisNDT #PAUT # PhasedArray #Neverhadarepair
