What a disappointment from @BankofAmerica credit card! A mishap of only a few hours late payment. Kept on hold for 58 minutes and they would not remove late fee or interest penalty! #badCustomerRelations

Stayed @doubletree in Glasgow last week for @ScotPressAwards & been charged £50 on my credit card for what they have described as a 'pre authorisation' which they are apparently refunding now I've queried it. Check your credit card statements fellow journos. #badcustomerrelations
