Decided to check out family tree services via their free trial. I did not cancel the trial in time for both, contacted both and in a complete FAILURE of good customer service @Ancestry are refusing to issue a refund, whilst @MyHeritage did it seamlessly via email. #BBBComplaint

I have never had a worse experience than I have with @FidelityNhw . They wont allow login to their portal. They have you on hold for over 10 minutes only to hang up on you once you are on the phone with them to start the rodeo again. #NOTACCEPTABLE #BBBComplaint #refund

@miainaction @CheapOair I completely understand. After experiencing days of no help, I emailed the CEO of COA and he never responded. My next step is contacting @bbb_us to file a #bbbcomplaint Businesses across the world are all being impacted by COVID-19 but they're choosing to assist their customers!
