@rebeccahmar_ @PratiharSurendr Absolutely agree law and order has totally collapsed in Manipur in Kuki dominated areas. Blocking highways, shutdowns, self rule, carrying arms in open, renaming places are few examples. People are abiding to law and order in Imphal valley and there is normal business as usual.
