The #BoudinKing in Jennings, Louisiana (hometown) is my all time favorite restaurant. My usual order: 2 fried chicken breast, fried catfish strips with fries, one pound of HOT boudin, and a Diet Coke (watching calories). And we know how to pronounce Etienne.
