So turns out #AmberHeardIsAnAbuser is still an ambassador for @LOrealParisUSA

Dear CEO of L’Oréal is Nicolas Hieronimus,
I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding Amber Heard's continued endorsement of your brand. As a survivor of sexual assault and domestic violence, I find it deeply disturbing that Ms. Heard has been found to defame @JohnnyDepp about such sensitive allegations. Her actions and other legal issues make her an inappropriate representative for your brand.
Ms. Heard has made numerous false and exaggerated claims of abuse against Mr. Depp, which have been proven to be untrue in court. For example, she accused him of throwing a phone at her face, causing a bruise, but witnesses and surveillance footage contradicted her story. She also claimed that he cut off his finger in a fit of rage and wrote messages on the wall with his blood, but medical records showed that she was actually the one who severed his finger with a broken bottle.
Not only did Ms. Heard lie about being a victim of domestic violence, but she was also the abuser in the relationship. Mr. Depp's former personal assistant testified that Ms. Heard subjected him to "years of abuse", including verbal insults, physical attacks and emotional manipulation. Audio recordings also revealed that Ms. Heard admitted to hitting Mr. Depp and mocked him for calling her abusive.
Ms. Heard's actions and legal issues have caused significant controversy and negative publicity for L'Oréal. Her association with your brand could potentially damage your reputation and credibility among consumers who value social responsibility and ethical business practices. Many fans have expressed their outrage and disappointment with your decision to keep her as an ambassador, and some have even boycotted your products or signed petitions to remove her.
Ms. Heard's defamation of Mr. Depp with actual malice is not only a serious legal offense, but also a moral wrong that undermines the credibility and dignity of genuine survivors of domestic violence. According to a scholarly article by Professor David A. Elder, "defamation law serves to protect the individual's interest in reputation and good name from unjustified invasion and wrongful hurt". By lying about Mr. Depp and portraying herself as a public figure representing domestic abuse, Ms. Heard has invaded and hurt his reputation and good name without justification. She has also exploited the sympathy and support of the public and the media for her own personal gain, while disregarding the harm she has caused to Mr. Depp and to the cause of domestic violence prevention and awareness. As Professor Elder writes, "the defamer's conduct is morally blameworthy because it violates the defamed person's dignity".
Ms. Heard's extensive legal issues and physical abuse history also reflect poorly on her character and on her suitability as a role model for young people. She has been accused of abusing not only Mr. Depp, but also her former girlfriend Tasya Van Ree, her former personal assistant Kate James, and her sister Whitney Henriquez. She has also been involved in several lawsuits and disputes with her lawyers, charities, and former friends. These incidents show that Ms. Heard is a violent, dishonest, and untrustworthy person who does not deserve to be associated with a reputable and ethical brand like L'Oréal.
I believe that it is important for young people to have positive role models to look up to, and I do not believe that Ms. Heard is one of them. I have stopped using L'Oréal products and will continue to do so until Ms. Heard is no longer an ambassador because she has mocked the trauma I have lived and experienced.
@VancouverCaGirl @milanicosmetics That’s awesome. I will have to buy their products too. Good alternative to #BoycotLoreal
@la77465262 Yep. It’s a shame because I like their makeup but I have not used it in over a year and won’t until they remove her. #BoycotLoreal
@la77465262 Never buying another L’Oreal product.
Imagine if these brands supported a man, found to be a wife beater by a jury? We need to stop supporting these brands that enable abuse. #JusticeForJohnnyDepp #AmberHeardIsAnAbuser #AmberHeardCommittedPerjury #boycotloreal #TeamJohnnyDepp

@johnny101562 I won’t buy L’Oréal until they drop her. When they drop her I will resume purchasing
