There have been many theories about why Texas A&M continues to underachieve, but not enough people acknowledge the the obvious: For years the Reveille graves had a direct line of sight to the football field through the tunnel of Kyle Field’s north end zone horseshoe but when they opened “The Zone” expansion in 1999 they blocked that line of sight and despite adding a scoreboard in front of the graves we clearly did not do enough to appease our deceased mascot overlords and as a result the Aggies have not won a conference title since and will continue to suffer the wrath of our irked ghost Reveilles until this affront is rectified.
