Absolutely love Busy beans in Redhill, treating eldest to lunch whilst I still have her at home. #Busybeans #Redhill

@Cllr_Rich @GenerateRedhill @RedhillGuild Just visited. This will be my favourite. Great coffee and staff. Food looks lovely. Need Landlord to hurry up and fix #airconditioning #awning #BusyBeans #Cafe #Redhill Could they have planters to define their outside area? People walking through and leaning on their tables.

AimBig ex-head Matthew Ting didn't believe it was necessary for Mzia to have what he described as 'different treatment' -- aka a conflict of interest policy about her #DES coach enrolling participants in the #BusyBeans program #DisabilityRC

Mzia felt lots of the #JobCoaches wanted to push participants into the #BusyBeans program to meet #KPIs. The staff was told to roster participants to meet their #BenchmarkHours. All participants had a #Disability. Mzia had to start the program from scratch. #DisabilityRC

Mzia's role on the #BusyBeans program expanded, taking on extra duties, including 'casual interviews' assessing participants for the program. These participants were chosen by job coaches. Mzia felt some coaches wanted to push participants into the program #DisabilityRC

Mzia didn't have the equipment and supplies such as #milk to do their job at #BusyBeans and used an advance on their #FamilyTaxAllowance to buy supplies such as an espresso machine in an effort to 'try everything to make it work' #DisabilityRC

Mzia found their own job opportunity 4 #BusyBeans, but their #JobProvider then inserted themselves in the process ... Mzia was offered a barista training opportunity at #AimBig but the contract came from #RehabManagementPtyLtd #DisabilityRC
