@DalrympleWill @JakeWSimons Netanyahu says in his “2-State Solution” the Palestinian state would have “less than perfect or limited sovereignty” where “Israel controls security in the entire area from the Jordan River to the Sea”. So his “Palestinian state” would not be independent.
