I recently moved my home office upstairs to get out of being stuck in the basement all day while we are WAH. It just so happens to be in the room that the pigs live in. They. Won’t. Stop. Watching. Wife and kids think it is hilarious.I might go back to the basement 😂 #ccfinance
Tonight was so fulfilling! Handing out masks to caregivers that were donated to @ClevelandClinic by local companies and the community. I took 2nd shift to be able to still keep up with other daily work obligations. Happy to help wherever/whenever help is needed! #ccfinance
A team from EA just moved from the left side of their A3 to brainstorm potential countermeasures using impact/effort matrix.
They did this on their own!😍
This will help them prioritize potential countermeasures & measure effectiveness via future rPDCA cycles #SolVE #CCFinance
I❤️when caregivers reach out with a problem to #SolVE!-Payroll couldn’t wait for the next wave of training so we just dove right in!
I’ve been calling these “grassroots A3’s”-ones that organically form outside of the classroom & are the most rewarding for me to coach! #ccfinance

Fun session with the tax team today process mapping! I’m no tax expert, but by using different colors to bomb the map it’s easy to see where most of the waste is! The green notes will turn into Kaizen cards and we’ll document progress using A3. @mirandaCCFci #theccim #ccfinance

Wow, that was a busy week! @mirandaCCFci & I engaged with ~150 @MyAkronGeneral PFSS caregivers across multiple locations to show them it’s ok to talk about waste in their processes. The ideas they submitted will be the start of their kaizen journey. So excited!#theccim #ccfinance
My coaching w/Yolanda used to be repeat vent sessions about the problem. Got it all up on the background of the A3 & we now spend more time discussing countermeasures & monitoring! 1st PDCA cycle resulted in her 1st winning week in months 🤗 AWESOME! Keep going #SolVE #ccfinance
Fun! 6 project teams describing the background & uncovering current conditions of the problems that they are trying to solve. One group said “Crafting a good problem statement & SMART goal was harder than we thought and made our heads hurt, in a good way!” 🤗😁 #SolVE #ccfinance
Proud of this A3 in progress! 2 caregivers have a goal of completing a process step within 7 days of request. They’re at ~80 days currently 😳 I Gave them an A3 template and some light coaching. V1 below not bad! Ready for multiple PDCA cycles to try & ⬇️ TAT! #ccfinance #theccim
