If you are moving from Scratch to say HTML, make sure they can finish the project in one session so they get feeling of achievement, then after a few weeks they won't mind taking longer #CCUKChat

Top tip #2 Don't be scared to mix up the scratch projects as some guys don't like to follow the rules or they may really want to try something different from other members of your club😀 #ccukchat

One of my top tips for when you are just starting a Code @CodeClub is to make sure you have all the paperwork ready for your clubbers, I always make sure I arrive a little early so everything is ready #ccukchat

Hi @primaryicttech i first stated volunteering with code club about 5 years ago after taking some teaching assistant courses and have never looked back, plus i just love tech, and now i teach yr3,4,5 and 6 CS #ccukchat
