Feeling so much better after today's swim at @WV_Active #centralbaths. But it was scary to see how much my overall fitness had deteriorated in just one month.

I joined Twitter 7 years ago to campaign against the proposed closure of #centralbaths. On my twitterversary @WV_Active announced a temporary closure due to lockdown. I will so miss swimming! @Swim_England

@rsmedcalf @WV_Active @JeanMWilliams He took me there during the #centralbaths campaign. I think my lack of sporting knowledge disappointed him greatly but Peter was far too polite to show it!

@WolvesCouncil I second that. The development of @WV_Active has given more people access to local sports facilities, improving our chances of a healthy life. #centralbaths might have closed without Keith's vision and energy.
