Considering i am not in any of the university teams, I started to view basketball as a more enjoyable activity rather than a competitive level for example being involved in rec basketball or playing pick up games #changingparticipation

@KIN110UofR Since starting university, I've had to adapt to a whole new schedule. This meant #changingparticipation from competitive sports to recreational activities in order to be flexible and prioritize my academics.

@KIN110UofR Once I started going to university, I had to give up competitive soccer to focus on school work and be successful in University. We were practicing almost 10-12 hours a week which took up significant time. #changingparticipation

@KIN110UofR I had given up my playing career I few years ago and when I started University I was introduced into other things in sport. Like being an Admin assistant and doing other volunteer things for teams behind the scenes. There is more to sports then just playing #changingparticipation
