It would take 1.3 million earths to fill the Sun's volume. The Sun makes up 99.85% of the mass of our solar system and supplies 99.98% of the energy that drives our climate. Yet we are told that it is not behind the climate change we are experiencing today. The culprit is a trace gas that makes up 0.04% of the Earth's atmosphere (the human-induced share is .0016%).

By 2050, studies project up to 43 million metric tons of cumulative wind-blade waste and 60–78 million metric tons of solar-panel waste globally. That’s roughly 100–120 million metric tons of end-of-life material. And that doesn’t include the massive mining, manufacturing, transportation and construction footprint required to produce and install it—or the challenge of recycling much of it. Today, roughly 90% of used solar panels end up in landfills per the EPA. Wind turbine blades are technically recyclable, but recycling them remains difficult and often uneconomical. This is the “clean” energy waste problem nobody wants to talk about.

Globally, since 1990, hurricanes and major hurricanes have actually seen a decline in both frequency and intensity. Accumulated cyclone energy, a measure of total storm power, has decreased over the past 35 years--and that's even with better detection of weaker storms. Hurricanes are not intensifying faster either. Rapid intensification rates show no upward trend, just natural year-to-year variation. The data are clear: hurricanes are not worsening with "climate change," no matter how loudly the headlines yell otherwise.
