H. pylori treatment options: Triple therapy (clarithromycin + amoxicillin + PPI) and quad therapy (metronidazole + bismuth + tetracycline + PPI). Triple is standard; quad is for resistant strains. Administer with a proton pump inhibitor for effective eradication. #comlexlevel2

Diviculosis: common cause of Lower Gastrointestinal Bleeding (LGIB) in the elderly. Inflamed or bleeding pouches (diverticula) in the colon. Diagnosis via colonoscopy or barium enema. CT scan and colonoscopy for acute diverticulitis. Prevent with high-fiber diet.#comlexlevel2
