We have talked about how to #preventandmanage the #conflicts that #youngsters with #complexneeds have with their families, friends and with their environment. We have explained them how to design, step by step, a #mapofconflict that capture the needs, #LifeObjectives and #BehaviouralHabits of all involved parts.
Likewise, we have provided some strategies to turn a problematic situation into a collaborative scenario. #youngpeople at risk of #socialexclusion need to learn to manage their conflicts with #assertiveness. This is crucial to promote their #autonomy.
