#Connplex is trying to build a low cost cinema network for small town India. Model looks scalable on paper because of low capex and franchise structure.
But this is still a build phase story. If they execute well, operating leverage and recurring revenue can make this a very different business in 3 to 5 years.🤞
#Connplex Cinemas is quietly building something interesting in small-town India. They are not trying to compete with large multiplex chains.
Management clearly said most of their cinemas are in towns where either an old single screen existed or there was no cinema at all.
So this is not about taking share from PVR or INOX.
This is about creating new demand in underserved markets.
