@kosson @WilliamKilbride Important. Two concerns, one now thought of as #ReferenceRot = #LinkRot + #ContentDrift (when what is at the end of URL changes over time). The other is loss of digital content, as measured, in part, by what is not known by https://t.co/JWENMfaYu2. Pointers to evidence to follow.
