Support aus der Hölle. @PlayStationDE Außerdem wüsste ich gerne, warum euer "Zurücksenden" Button nur "Zurück" heißt und somit UI / UX technisch schon an Verbrauchertäuschung grenzt. Das nennt man auch #DarkUXPattern Weiß gar nicht, inwieweit das in Deutschland verboten ist :D

My 70 year old mom was locked out of her @AOL email and we had to pay $4.99 for a monthly premium service for them to unlock it over the phone. Feels like a #darkuxpattern to me.

Found a new #DarkUXpattern today: email formatted to be long enough to require it to be clipped, making you assume you'd have to clickthrough to unsubscribe - meanwhile the unsub button is a blue link on a blue field. #darkUX #darkpatterns #badUX #UX
