@MrScottStrand A4) As an itinerant teacher I don't often have students on the last day of school. I will be making sure all my IEPs are complete, progress reports written, & files ready to be sent on to 4k & kindergarten teachers. #dcechat

@MrScottStrand A5 I hear from other teachers and Ss about how I am always so happy. I think they really rely on a smile, regardless of where they are in the building or what semester I have them. Everyone needs sunshine! #dcechat
@MrScottStrand A5: showing them how amazing they are. They tend to get lost in the mix...one blessing of having small classes, we become a family, each student feels the love and freedom to be themselves, to take chances, make mistakes, and learn to be leaders, they are valued...#dcechat
A5: When it comes to learning Iโve really tried to use more Study Team Strategies from CPM. This includes group roles that make sure every Ss has a role and provides variability in tasks to keep Ss engaged in problem solving as well as just good instructional strategies. #dcechat
