#Antibody #Developability (1/2) NotebookLM을 가장 유용하게 활용하는 부분이 복잡한 논문을 일반인의 눈높이에서도 읽을 수 있다는 점이다. 물론 이를 통해 전문가 수준의 지식과 인사이트를 얻는 건 불가능하지만, 대략적으로나마 surface-level 지식은 얻을 수 있다. 며칠전 @Ginkgo 블로그에 올라온 항체 개발가능성(antibody developability)에 대한 논문을 NotebookLM으로 돌려보았다. 일반인 눈높이에서 핵심 요지를 뽑아본다면: a. 항체가 잘 작동하기 위해서는 정밀한 표적 결합력뿐만 아니라, 안정성, 점도, 응집성 등 다양한 개발 가능성(developability)을 만족해야 하는데, b. 이러한 개발가능성이 높은 항체를 AI가 잘 선별하기 위해서는 대량의 고품질 실험 데이터를 가지고 AI를 트레이닝시켜야 한다. c. Ginkgo 는 자동화 플랫폼을 만들어 일주일당 수천개 항체를 실험했고, 그 결과 생산된 대량의 데이터로 AI 모델을 훈련했더니, AI가 항체를 선별하는 정확도가 크게 증가하였다는 얘기이다. → 즉 투입되는 데이터의 양이 많을 수록 AI 성능도 좋아진다는 것을 증명했다.
