.@aliciabarcena: The concept of #DevelopmentinTransition, which #ECLAC has developed along with the #OECD and #EuropeanUnion, allows for addressing opportunities for renewed cooperation and going beyond per capita GDP as the measurement for classification.
Ministers and authorities from #LAC praised #DevelopmentinTransition approach promoted by #ECLAC for measuring development in a multidimensional way and advocated for universal access to vaccines and financing for middle-income countries, at event with #CostaRica.
