We happy to share that, for strengthening the operationalisation of the District Legal Empowerment Committee (#DLEC), the Law & Justice Commission of Pakistan (#LJCP) amended "DLEC Rules 2011" under which they increased legal aid per case fund to Rs.40,000 and also reduced experience of lawyers to three years from five years. Youth lawyers can join DLEC lawyers panel through Bar Association nomination. We request all relevant to please promote as this is the only sustainable legal aid mechanism for poor communities working in every district of Pakistan under the district courts, District & Session Judge as its Chair. @NidaAdvocate, @ZebSalma, @Mehwishkakakhel, @laibaaqayyum, @AbdulHa06519089, @faizaa_adv, @WomenInLawPk, @courtingthelaw, @NidaUsmanCh, @AdvQasimkhan, @smuazshah, @ZahidHaya, @Uroojsayyami, @SyedRazaAli @PJNPakistan extensively works for promotion and implementation of DLEC's across Pakistan.
