🛑 Unrechtmäßiger DMCA-Strike auf meinen Twitch-Kanal durch #Jaysus
Ein Künstler, mit dem ich einen gültigen Vertriebsvertrag habe, hat fälschlicherweise eine Copyright-Meldung abgegeben obwohl die betroffenen Songs offiziell über meinen Vertrieb veröffentlicht wurden und ich die Rechte daran halte. Es handelt sich dabei klar um einen Missbrauch des DMCA-Systems, offenbar aus privaten Motiven.
Ich habe bereits eine Gegendarstellung eingereicht und Twitch alle relevanten Infos bereitgestellt.
Was viele nicht wissen:
DMCA-Missbrauch kann ernsthafte Folgen haben:
- Sperrung durch Plattform bei wiederholtem Missbrauch
– Zivilrechtliche Klagen & Schadensersatz (DMCA §512f)
– Strafanzeige bei absichtlich falscher Behauptung
Das Urheberrecht schützt kreative Arbeit , es ist kein Werkzeug für persönliche Fehden oder Machtspiele.

No, it's about #dmcaabuse. It only became about drama when other YT channels made it about them and stuck @DivinitySaid channel. I've watched several other channels in this same situation, small and large. When they asked for help, the support was there. This is heartbreaking 💔
