Absolute TEXTBOOK example of workplace communication problems that #autistic people suffer from. That’s a cross-neurotype miscommunication (CNM). @milton_damian ‘s #DoubleEmpathyProblem Theory, as I’ve been meaning to say, is accurate because CNMs happen to everyone. Therefore, he found an absolute*. Something that isn’t exclusive to us, but does disproportionally affect us.

In case you weren’t aware, #autism isn’t outgrown - or - diminished through speech preparation. No matter what we do, the #DoubleEmpathyProblem will still happen because people falsely believe that #Autism is curable in some form or another. Neither eugenics nor therapy changes #autistic neurology. Period.
