Why are @_DPDdelivery_UK so shit?
My @Apple parcel never arrived today. Surely delivering a parcel is what they are supposed to do? So why do they constantly fail at their primary task?
#dpd #dpdfail #wishappleusedups
@dpdassistuk since when was it ethical for your drivers to park on residents driveways?
Then gave me done backchat about never delivering to my address when I complained and told him to move off my property #dpdfail KW70 XNK

@DPD_UK_Support_
Says you were missed three days in a row. I’ve been in. Other companies have delivered. No service and no answer to emails. Photos taken of front door from a car
#DPD #DPDfail
@DPD__local @DPDCare Why text and email us specific delivery times & ask us to confirm we're home, then dump the parcel elsewhere? Pure trolling. We reply "yes we're home" and you still fail. Stop fake time slots or fix your drivers. #DPDFail
Shoutout to DPD for keeping things consistent: two packages, two failures, and not a single knock or call. 'Unable to deliver' never looked so effortless 😏 @dpduksupport

Utterly let down @dpd_uk 2day. Paid 4 named-day delivery 4 tech order. Took the day off. DPD AWB 15501204226268 falsely claimed I couldn't provide PIN. No 1 even rang the bell. Waited in all day. Now package delayed & day off wasted. CS offer no solution #dpdfail #CustomerService
Hey @impossibrewco - might want to have a word with your courier service about right way up and can fragility? #dpdfail #impossibrew
Sharing Hannah’s digital poster following #DPDfail - Come see Nan, Me and Barbara Pravi @Summerhallery 4-27 August #EdFringe2023
After another failed DPD delivery, this time to my Edinburgh digs, I’m now proposing a purely word-of-mouth marketing strategy. Like a speak-easy, there’ll be a special knock to be let in.
Here’s the digital version at least. Please come to my show.
@DPDgroup_news Nope, I need to break it to my son that the phone you have had for 3 weeks and the only thing on his list is still in Stoke 😭🎅 #dpdfail #dpduksuck #DPD
Ah dpd, I can be visibly seen to be in, no one rang the VIDEO doorbell and you just sent a photo of *not my house* to prove you attempted delivery. #dpdfail
Hi @DPDgroup_news, it’s happened again, your driver ignored my delivery instructions for my delivery from @thevegankind. I have these instructions for reasons related to my disability. It’s unbelievably frustrating.

Hey @DPDgroup_news, I have delivery instructions for a reason, due to my disability, which one of your drivers repeatedly ignores. I don’t know what I’d do without your bread @my_gf_bakery, but the courier not following delivery instructions is extremely unhelpful.
Love it when my @ASOS parcel comes through with DPD damaged for the tenth time. So great when you pay nearly £300 for an order and then it gets delivered like this. #DPDFAIL @ASOS_HeretoHelp
So 4 people in the house @dpd_support and the driver can't be bothered to get out of the van and knock on the door??? What is the point in making the effort to get out in this weather if you can't ring the doorbell. #dpdfail
Is it me or is #DPD the worst courier service ?! 🙄 They claimed to miss me...despite working in a building with a building manager on duty in reception and staff always in and around our office #poorcustomerservice #dpdfail #worstcourier
Unacceptable @DPDCare @dpd_support.
Your job is to deliver parcels. How can anything be ‘unexpected’ especially as it was apparently ready for delivery since Wednesday?
At least give me a reason.
Yet another #DPDfail
So @DPDgroup_news so we get the first email this morning. Awesome delivery today. Nothing planned will wait. Then get the 2nd one 10 mins into delivery slot. No attempts made, no knocks, calls... nothing? #dpd #dpdfail
@DenverPolice Unnecessary... thought you guys were better trained than your counterparts in Minnesota. Show up and maintain civilian safety. Don’t threaten to arrest and limit liberties. #DPDFail
DPD UK have left a card saying that they’ve left a parcel in my porch. Despite being sent this photo they refuse to accept that I have no porch. No wonder they don’t have a twitter account. #DPDfail
