Utterly let down @dpd_uk 2day. Paid 4 named-day delivery 4 tech order. Took the day off. DPD AWB 15501204226268 falsely claimed I couldn't provide PIN. No 1 even rang the bell. Waited in all day. Now package delayed & day off wasted. CS offer no solution #dpdfail #CustomerService
