Dash & #dynISF (D&D) for the win! #DIY & #WeAreNotWaiting move at the ‘speed of need’ & turn old tech into great tech, & new tech into superior tech. (While on Loop, I marveled that our worst pump experience with a MDT pump in 2008 became our best in 2016 with the same pump.)

This (no difference w/faster insulin) is actually NOT surprising. It's predicted by the underlying mathematics of #DynamicISF/#DynISF. The dosing maths change/shift w/the insulin pharmacokinetics. Systems that don't take that into account are going to be inherently limited. 5/?

Looks like time above range was technically almost an hour, but the peak was only 185. The question now is where #DynISF will land me. 🙂

In both basal and prandial insulins- it can all be described mathematically. We can do away with the distinction between basal and bolus insulin. #DynISF is just a shortcut that got us close to the right answer. There’s a final piece that I hope is hiding in the data
