Mind-boggling @Instacart service fail. Item damaged dur delivery. Cust svc tells me to take it up with the supmrkt (who did pack poorly) in order 2 get refund. But if I had the time to go down there to sort out this mess, why would I be using ur service? #eCommFail #serviceDesign
