@bishop_ar Amanda - you are so right about time of year! It's almost like no time of year is easy for teachers to try new big projects! But we did think that the summer would be good to reflect and revise ideas! #ECET2NC
A3: I'm very data driven so I try to always set measurable goals. With digital learning, you may be able to see the outcome (more involvement, participation, etc.) but not a measurable way (without constant pre/post assessments). #ECET2NC
Q3 - What challenges have you faced with the AR process? #ECET2NC
A3) My main challenge is finalizing my research question and at this time of year trying to work on it in baby steps. I need the overview and then break it down. #ECET2NC
A3) I think a big challenge with AR (and any big project) is finding a way to see the small bites that you can take one at a time. While you don't want to boil the ocean, it can be sometimes be hard to see how small steps can be OK.
I am also loving the cross grade level planning our team has been doing! Hoping to keep the momentum going into next school year. #ecet2nc
@LizRappold I have a Google form. It has likert scale statements, checkboxes for what we did together, and open text response about strengths and areas for improvement. #ecet2NC
A2 - Our team has been working to try help teachers at our school feel more valued and inspired like we did at #ECET2NC!
A2; Since I didn't get to attend, I have found myself looking and analyzing my classroom/school to see what I could research. I feel positive that I have a network that I can reach out and get feedback from #ECET2NC
