A3: I'm very data driven so I try to always set measurable goals. With digital learning, you may be able to see the outcome (more involvement, participation, etc.) but not a measurable way (without constant pre/post assessments). #ECET2NC

Once you pin down your focus, it may be easier to find those critical friends who can help drive your research. Find people who have a vested interest in the outcome of your AR. #ECET2NC

My day always starts with 4 sticky notes. By 3:15, all of them must be passed out with a special message of appreciation or encouragement to 4 of my kids. The goal? Show each student they’re noticed and valued. Thanks for the inspiration @thomascmurray #SEL #relationshipbuilding
