@asforan #EDUC520J positive relationships are central to student engagement. If one child makes a better connection to a teacher while outdoors; maybe just that one time it’s worth it! Within the first week of class I play Jose tubes. I learn so much in that one session!

@asforan #educ520j OE is as valuable as IE. The real learning experiences happen when a teacher creates meaningful lessons that match their students needs and interets. Sometimes this is inside sometimes this is outside.

@Denny520J It is hard to compare apples to oranges, same with indoor and outdoor classrooms. Both have great benefits! #EDUC520J @asforan

@justin_cortes4 @asforan I also think an important piece is that multi ages are learning alongside each other. Sharing those magical moments strengthens relationships for sure. #EDUC520j

@justin_cortes4 @asforan OE has a way of building relationships and friendships through trust exercises and activities outside of one's comfort zone. I personally made many more friendships in OE when doing a ropes course compared to doing algebra in class #EDUC520J
