4/ Does gender impacts prevalence of ghosting? Intriguing data suggest men are MORE likely to report being ghosted than women. Hard to speculate on why this may be - perhaps a perception that male candidates would care less, therefore get 👻 more often? #diversity #endghosting

@JobHuntChat A3. Having been on both sides, I believe as a candidate 1week is enough time to send an email or follow up call. Recruiters should never leave an interviewed candidate waiting more than a week. #endghosting #JobHuntChat

@JobHuntChat A3. For government positions it could take months for a selection. I’ve inquired about why I wasn’t hired by submitting a FOIA request and it was very insightful. I received the redacted info of those hired and how I compared to the candidates. #EndGhosting #jobhuntchat
