🚨 Ghosting hurts more than just candidates—it’s damaging your brand.
Every ignored follow-up and unanswered interview chips away at trust. Job seekers remember and they share.
Respect isn't optional—it’s a reputation strategy.

We didn’t know that this was rife in Web3 too but we have created a platform for candidates to share their hiring experience.
We hope to highlight the employers with the best and the worst hiring practices

On another note , for those of you looking for jobs; if you are being ghosted after interviews and phone screens, that’s not right
Share your feedback on our platform so we can start making companies aware of the problem
It's disappointing that so few interviewers give feedback to job applicants after rejecting them.
When turning candidates away, the least we can do is make it a learning experience.
Ghosting is selfish. People are hurting. A bit of guidance might help them get hired elsewhere.
Ghosting is sadly a common practice nowadays
It doesn’t have to be this way, we have launched a platform to allow candidates share their experience and help build a clear picture
We believe this is the first step to pushing employers to do better
@bw_zic That’s right, in e an interview has taken place it’s common courtesy to provide an update or feedback
Come share your story on our platform to highlight the problem and push for change
@justjon_lol Couldn’t agree more
Increasingly recruiters going silent after an interview. Potentially because they know that there is no consequence.
We believe that we can change that by producing data on this terrible trend
Come share your stories on our platform
@lobotomybby Interview ghosting is a plague
Candidates who have gone through the ATS filters and have been interviewed deserve better
Share your stories on our platform to shine a light on this practice
@thejobchick If you have had an interview or phone call, then you were in the running and deserve better.
That’s why we have launched https://t.co/5gjI0P5C1Z
