I actually agree with this perspective. Not all dilution is equal. There’s a huge difference between dilution just to survive another quarter versus dilution used strategically to build a stronger treasury, improve liquidity, and position the company for long-term growth.
The market usually focuses only on the increase in share count, but the more important question is what management is doing with the capital. If the Gen2 vision is executed properly under Eric Jackson, the treasury itself could eventually become one of the company’s most valuable growth assets.
Short term pain can still lead to long term upside if the capital is deployed intelligently. That’s why conviction and understanding the bigger picture matter so much in speculative plays like this. 🚀🔥
A lot of people see the word “dilution” and immediately think it’s a bad thing. And trust me, bad dilution absolutely exists. We’ve all seen companies dilute just to survive, pay bills, or keep the lights on while shareholders get crushed.
But what I personally believe is happening here with SRXH/EMJX is something different. I believe this is strategic dilution to help build the treasury, strengthen the balance sheet, and prepare the company for what @ericjackson and the Gen2 model are trying to become after the merger closes.
Think about it this way…
If you’re trying to build a next-generation treasury management platform, you need capital. You need liquidity. You need assets on the balance sheet. You need the ability to deploy money into opportunities, whether that’s BTC, ETH, AI, tech, private investments, or other strategic positions Gen2 may use in the future.
That doesn’t happen with an empty treasury.
So yes, dilution today can be painful in the short term. Nobody likes watching their percentage ownership shrink. But if the money raised is being used to build something substantially larger long term, then the value of the overall company can eventually outgrow the increase in share count.
That’s the part many people miss.
The market right now is focused on:
“More shares outstanding.”
But I think the bigger picture is:
“What are they building with the capital?”
If Eric Jackson truly takes over and executes the Gen2 vision the way many of us believe he can, then the treasury itself could become one of the company’s biggest assets and future growth engines.
That’s why I personally continue to hold.
Not because the road has been easy.
Not because dilution feels good.
But because I believe they are positioning the company for the next phase rather than simply trying to survive another quarter.
Patience is hard in the stock market. Especially in speculative plays like this. But sometimes the companies that end up making the biggest moves are the ones that looked the messiest before the transformation was complete.
Just my opinion and everyone should do what’s best for themselves. But I wanted to share how I’m personally looking at what’s happening right now.
