Western governments' actions against terrorism and antisemitism - a Web of lies. Here's why with an easy example: #EUPAC
EUPAC’s Role:
The European Palestinian Advocacy Center (EUPAC) has been identified by the Belgian Minister of Justice as a proxy group for Hamas, engaging in lobbying and fundraising activities in Belgium and at EU institutions. EUPAC's hEAD aL-majeed is the head of the PRC (Palestinian Return Center) who was very close to Ismail Haniyeh and other prominent Hamas leaders
Legal and Institutional Barriers:
Complex Structures: EUPAC operates through legal entities and shell companies, often under the guise of cultural or humanitarian initiatives, making direct enforcement difficult.
EU Institutional Autonomy: Because EUPAC lobbies EU institutions and not just Belgian authorities, national enforcement is limited by EU legal frameworks and the autonomy of European institutions.
Political and Legal Challenges: Despite public acknowledgment of EUPAC’s activities, the Belgian Minister of Justice has cited the need for stricter action but faces hurdles due to the complexity of NGO regulations, freedom of association, and the cross-border nature of EU lobbying.
Since the Hamas terrorist attack on October 7th, 2023, and the start of the Swords of Iron War, pro-Palestinian demonstrations have emerged across Europe, particularly in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Arafat Shoukri, bývalý riaditeľ PRC, teraz v CEPR, je spojený s Hamasom. Ramy Abdu a Mazen Kahel, bývalí členovia CEPR, založili EuroMed HRM.
EuroMed HRM, so sídlom v Ženeve, podáva správy o Gaze. Ale podľa niektorých zdrojov ide o aktivistov Hamasu.
Majed al-Zeer, predseda EUPAC, je považovaný za politického lídra Hamasu v Európe. Ako dieťa sa presťahoval do Kuwejtu, v 90. rokoch do GB.
Al-Zeer bol spojený s Hamasom cez svoju činnosť v londýnskom "Palestínskom Centre Návratu" (PRC). V roku 2008 bol sfotografovaný na konferencii v Damasku s Khaledom Meshaalom, vtedajším lídrom Hamasu.
Al-Zeer nie je oficiálne uvedený ako člen vedenia EUPAC, ale na jej webovej stránke je označený ako jej generálny riaditeľ. Jeho zástupca a tajomník boli predtým označovaní ako osoby konajúce v mene Hamasu v Európe.
EUPAC mala podľa belgického práva zverejniť svoje ciele v oficiálnom úradnom vestníku, namiesto toho skopírovali text nesúvisiaceho mláde��níckeho športového klubu.
Organizácia Samidoun v Nemecku bola zrušená, keď jej členovia verejne prejavovali radosť po masakre 7/10 (rozdávanie sladkostí). Medzitým v Španielsku táto organizácia stále funguje.
Andrzej vyzýva na zamyslenie sa, či je vhodné mať v Poľsku organizácie a osoby šíriace palestínske naratívy Hamasu, ktoré popierajú holokaust a hovoria o "židovských rozprávkach o holokauste", čipoch implantovaných rukojemníkom Hamasu izraelskou vládou atď. Nabáda ku tlaku na politikov, aby vytvárali zákony podľa nemeckého a nie podľa španielskeho vzoru.

📣En Belgique, #EUPAC et d’autres ONG bien belges sont impliquées dans la collecte de fonds pour le Hamas. La sûreté de l’Etat est parfaitement au courant comme l’a éclaté dernièrement le Ministre de la Justice.
📣Mais d’autres ONG belges, plus discrètes mais tout autant actives dans les manifestations sont aussi très proches où alimentent financièrement le FPLP de façon détournée.
👉🏽Rappelons que le député européen Botenga préside le Conseil d’administration de Viva Salud. Et que une nébuleuse concernant le financement du #FPLP a été mise au jour voici des années notamment via un article dans Les Échos . Un schéma qui devrait être mis au jour donné ici plus bas une idée de la manière dont les financements s’opèrent.
📣En outre, Viva Salud a versé en plein mois de novembre des fonds à l’hôpital Awda dans le quartier Al Nuseirat (plus de 200000 euros recoltes- source : la Page FB de Viva Salud ) alors que cet hôpital a été utilisé par le Hamas et que son Directeur - pour lequel Viva Salud a milité pour obtenir sa libération - a été arrêté par Tsahal ( et pour cause!).

📣#EUPAC vaguely formulates its goals as aiming to “work to invest in the importance of the geo-strategic position of the Middle East region” as part of the Palestinian “struggle towards liberation from occupation.” This is done through meetings with high-ranking European officials, as well as seminars, campaigns, workshops, and more.
📣EUPAC is an NGO founded by Majed Al-Zeer, who has been recognized by German security authorities as a leading figure of Hamas operations in Europe, even naming him as a “representative of Hamas in Germany,” as revealed in mid-December 2023 by Der Spiegel.
📣He was designated over a decade ago by Israel as a Hamas operative in Europe, along with the Palestinian Return Center he founded in London.
📣Another leader of EUPAC is Mazen Kahil, another Israel-designated Hamas leader in Europe, who reportedly served as treasurer of the Committee for Charity and Support for the Palestinians (CBSP, for the French Comité de Bienfaisance et de Secours aux Palestiniens), another group added by the US in 2003 to the list of Specially Designated Global Terrorists for its financial ties to Hamas.
