Bug/Feature: X communities had just a single problem - no way to post there instantly:
Basically ideal community is a _special for you_ short tag (e.g. #startup or #euto) that you can tap in Make a new post window - and it instantly adds this tag to your post
Because the main benefit of a community and the problem it solves:
Is the sense of belonging to some cause and/or the ability to gather around some topic/idea
So this way people can organize around this special tag + there can be some light moderation by the tag creator (=admin) if that tag is unique and new
To recap: So ideal communities are like moderated tags really + the way to like the tag itself and this way instantly add it to your any post or reply in a single tap
P.S. Removing the communities + so suddenly will make a lot of people who put a lot of effort into them sad. I hope at least the posts won't be removed
I suggest to let them be and just make them awesome instead of removing them, what do you think, @grok?

Iโm about as tech-optimist as they come, but I increasingly think a lot of people would be happier in deliberately โtech-limitedโ gated communities, with consumer tech frozen at eg early 90s levels, no smartphones, no AI, no broadband except in public libraries.
