GDPは個人消費と民間投資と政府支出と純輸出の合計値ですから、政府支出を増やせば、その分だけ合計値であるGDPも増えますね。また、政府支出を増やせば、乗数効果により、個人消費や民間投資も増えますね。ましてや、名目GDPであれば、尚更です。緊縮財政ではGDPは増えないことを理解しましょう。
