Hello @FitbitSupport... I bought the #fitbitaria scale and it stopped working in a year. I get requested to troubleshoot and still doesnt work and now your team says the device is defective, asks me to toss the device away and buy a new one. How is this a solution?
@fitbit the Aria scale is the worst product ever made. It isn’t cheap either. The amount of hours people have spent trying to@connect and reconnect to WiFi is ridiculous. There are 10’s of thousands of views on YouTube of people trying to figure it out. #fitbitaria sucks!!!

Just got off the phone with fitbit customer service. My Aria is not working I was basically told they now have the Aria2 which is made better and I should buy that one. According to the fitbit forum this is happening to a lot of people. #classaction #Fitbit #fitbitaria
