For those that don't know Bill Cooper was The OG "Q" to most of the ANONS I know. His book behold a pale horse woke a whole generation if not generations of ANONS Up. IMHO He was our modern Paul Revere. For those that do not know. Bill was a Naval Intelligence Officer with a "Q" high security clearance. This is indeed The Hour Of Our Time.
