Drove on #FixNorthern from Bell Blvd to Union St yesterday. I noticed:
8 cyclists
3 e-Bikers
2 e-scooterists
This is a road where no one rides at times. So the change was remarkable. How many more would ride if it wasn’t death defying?

Watched these two goslings “take the bike lane” on #FixNorthern. If this had still been a motor vehicle lane I’m sure these geese would be dead. Our advocacy pays off in unexpected ways I guess.
After dropping my bike off at Peak I figured it was a nice day and I walked back home along #FixNorthern, #AlleyEdge, Cloverdale and the Motor Parkway. The protected bike lane + refreshing breezes really enhanced my pedestrian experience.
@macartney @NYC_DOT @NYCMayor Shameful. More of the deadly same on a street that is effectively an extension of #fixNorthern. Any word from @JimmyVanBramer on this?
