In March, #FlatSharon had to have a #surgery that this large system had NEVER done before to remove the #leakedcement. #Day12 after the #sacroplasty was the first time she had set up, gotten out of bed, taken steps still with assistance. #medicalcomplication #patientadvocate

#SharingSharonsStory that I haven’t felt like I could share. #FlatSharon had a #rarecomplication from a #sacroplasty, and was cemented at a 180 degree angle flat (bending about 10-20 degrees at most ) #undiagnosed 7 days due to a cement leakage. #patientcare #medicaltransparency

To us she was known as mom, to others, nana/aunt/momma Sharon. Her life was cut short, her family plans to continue her #legacy through #patientadvocacy & the need to improve #patientcare. #flatSharon is going to be traveling with friends and family #sharingsharonsstory. #Cancer
