@FlixBus I booked Heathrow ➝ Leicester with a valid ticket, but the driver refused to let me board, saying “no space in the boot.” Totally unreliable. Don’t risk your travel plans with this company. #FlixBusFail #TravelWarning

@FlixBus We’ve tried email, chat, and your support form. no one is responding. Our bus was cancelled without notice,and we had to buy expensive train tickets instead. No refund,no reply,no resolution. We’re being completely ignored. This is unacceptable. #FlixBusFail #ServiceFail

@FlixBus Our 16:10 Manchester → Glasgow bus was cancelled without notice, and we had to buy expensive train tickets last-minute.We’ve emailed your support – no response yet.We expect a refund AND reimbursement for the extra cost. This is unacceptable. #FlixBusFail

Finally we are on the ferry back to mainland Europe! Now I know why I refuse the bus lately, we travel six hours delay! I should have changed the Eurostar for a bit more money. I would have been home hours ago! #flixbusfail Not sure if I will be able to get home now 😴

@FlixBus We're going in circles, I grudgingly give up. @FlixBus @FlixBus_DE is obviously not interested in providing customer service and making travelling enjoyable. I will make sure to never travel with FlixBus again and will also discourage friends & family from doing so. #flixbusfail

Sorry to all for spamming you with tweets on #flixbusfail and making you follow my personal @FlixBus @FlixBus_DE drama. All I want is someone to answer my question on a bike rack which can't be fixed in 4 weeks...Maybe learn from my mistake and don't travel with Flixbus.
