@c_debus @jobsoy - just got a WA call from +1 (405) 468‑2615, and he told me that our luggage is lost, he asked me to write down the list of the items which were there in the bag, on WA, i asked him to share this over email, he denied.
I am real sad, how is it still mishandled.
