Queen's Avenue School was a beautiful Gothic architecture school that was eventually knocked down because the rails ran right behind it. It was located where part of the museum stands now. #FRAMS

Did you know the 109 street underpass "Rat Hole" was originally called the "Subway"? It was built so people could get on the "other side of the tracks". Who remembers it. I sure do! #FRAMS
The Downtown CN Tower was only used as a passenger railway station for 11 years. From 1966 to 1977. Look at its old "Star Trek" futuristic marble lobby! #FRAMS
This sidewalk used to be called "Lovers Lane". The sidewalk is across from the old Edmonton Remand Center. People would come and write notes & love messages for the inmates to be seen from the windows. #FRAMS
There were 4 Edmonton Railway Stations: 2 at the CN Tower, 1 across the street where Baccarat Casino is, and 1 on 109 street where Save-On is.
