🚨MASSIVE BREAKING : Major Setback for Neha Bora from Delhi High Court🤯 This is how dissent gets CRUSHED 😡 Neha Bora is a student leader. Their "crime," according to Delhi Police : > Sloganeering at Mandi House > Protesting near Jantar Mantar > Allegedly urging people to join a protest at Connaught Place The punishment: sign a ₹10,000 bond with a surety, a "peace bond," and promise to stay quiet during the inquiry. Bora challenged it. The Delhi High Court has now dismissed the plea, saying the notice was based on 3 police diary entries and not "mere hearsay." Think about it for a second. > Raising slogans is now a threat to peace > Protesting at Jantar Mantar, the place meant for protests, is now a threat to peace > Asking people to join a protest is now a threat to peace A student with a placard is a "danger." The people who stole your vote, your jobs and your future are not. Even the court had to tell the police to hand over every piece of material to Bora and to follow natural justice. Which tells you how much they had shown until now. This is the new playbook. Don't arrest. Just bury them in notices, bonds and hearings until they get tired. Students won't get tired. YOU CAN BOND A PERSON. YOU CAN'T BOND AN IDEA 🗿🔥
