I'm excited to announce I'm on a special project within the #GCAgent @FreeAgentLibre program until September 11th. I'll be working at @NRCan and might see you occasionally in the halls!
Last week at @startupfest I introduced the first, and probably the last unofficial Team Fazz macaroon. I'm fairly certain it will be eaten soon.
My third no car IT equip pick up and I’m getting more efficient. Laptop, keyboard, other accessories in backpack. Disassembled monitor and put the stand in the bag, and screen tucked under the wing. Cheers to my first day at TBS and as a Free Agent ✌️ #GCAgent

@LeadersGC A5. As a #GCAgent I get to set those bounds as I on-board into my assignments. I recommend everyone has this conversations with their managers at the onset of onboarding.
@erickasr @LeadersGC Another benefit of being a #GCagent is that you regularly get to have those conversations from a fresh starting point. #LeadersGC #WorkBoundaries #FlexGC
I am happy to share that we increased the talent in our team to include 3 #FreeAgent 💪💪💪

@ashleybedard @FreeAgentLibre One of the GCAgents took the initiative to design and coordinate clothing orders! I personally love my #GCAgent sweater and would love to have something like this for #XFN if folks are interested! 😁
@Drofmab @LeadersGC I am super lucky I see @DigiAcademyCAN staff walk the talk. I hope that you and others online in the #LeadersGC #GCDigital and #GCAgent communities will feel comfortable sharing if you do not see me doing the same thing.
@PrairieCouncil Also, learn about your biases about work think about being vs doing productivity. Courtesy of my #GCAgent colleagues @sarryzheng @barefoot_pivots #GCDigital #LeadersGC

This week, THREE of our #GCAgents became certified Change Management Professionals (CMP, Prosci)! 🥳 Congratulations to @PamelaCBrennan and @DoddElissa and @rickmassiephoto.

My colleagues comments made me think of designers and wondering if you'd be willing to share your thoughts with my #GCAgent colleague as she explores a personal passion? @JuliannaRowsell @juttatrevira @cgovias
@heyhumantis @cdnKiran @worldofabe @frankassubc @courtovergaauw @CynthiaBWorld @FALauraC @ResultsJunkie @MartyismsMgmt @joycuriosity @AmandaBernardo The phrase “human experience” reminds me of of an environment where I feel seen, heard, and valued. It also reminds me a bit of user testing, e.g., we need to test the “human experience” with x product. I’m of two minds on this one!
Abandoned on the street. Apprehended by police. Admitted to an orphanage. Jen Ferris in her own words. https://t.co/ES1rGTWdTA #adoption #accessibility #GC #GoC

Are you in federal public service HR and frustrated by slow and complex bureaucracy? Do you want to work with the kind of people who have made a mission out of fixing that from the inside? Then read this, and DM me.

@BCFedLeaders Humans are complex systems within larger systems! As a #GCAgent I work on projects connected to HR because I believe that employees are the backbone of organizations. Although we are complex, the HR system doesn’t have to be! #intentification
Maybe it is the #GCAgent in me because I think I heard freedom and autonomy too. :) Truly I loved how problem "owners" and other premium learners worked together as a multi-disciplinary team! #Practicum2019 #GCDigital
.@ToferC, DG of Digital Services provides closing remarks, “This is the art of the possible. This is what public servants can do when we give them the right skills, tools and environment.” #practicum2019

TMW your boss tells you to “run with it” on a project you are both excited for & have the perfect skillset (or as she puts it “superpower”) for.
Some days as a #GCAgent are full of uncertainty. Then there are days like this that just wouldn’t be possible without @FreeAgentLibre.
