My @AXAPPPhealth #GetChrisHome update. Staff are wonderful. Everything to evac Chris in place. Ready to go. But senior management still thinking about it. No doubt @AXA by letting my husband suffer here you can pay more out in dividends. Wish I had read this review first...

@AskAmexUK @Sustainable_RS Seriously? Wasnt it your staff that put them in Bangkok and now u are relinquishing responsibility? Did u consult Embassy when you put them here? Did u inform them that u had decided to abandon them partway thru treatment? Cant see the logic here 🤔. #getchrishome

#Abandoned in #Bangkok by @AXAPPPhealth and @AmexUK . Husband knocked down in Bali - medivac’d to Bangkok on AXA’s insistence (why not home?) and confirmation I was covered. He’s in ICU & now cos I can’t prove he was knocked down they are stopping paying.

This is shocking customer care by @AXAPPPhealth and @AmexUK . #getchrishome and then play your politics. Abandoning them both in a foreign country without any thought is disgraceful @Sustainable_RS
