Hey @tsohost. It has taken you 5 days to provide FTP details, however they don't work for one of the sites. Receive error: 421 nohomedir3 Ticket: TSA-881-83150 Do I have to wait another 5 days to get this sorted? Ridiculous. #tsohost #godaddy #gridhost

@tsohost You're refusing to refund me for 8 MONTHS of unused SSL because YOU decommissioned #Gridhost. That wasn't my decision, it was yours & you're in #violation of Consumer Rights Act 2015 by not provided service I paid for. Your operative is also now not replying to emails!

@tsohost What about the pitiful #notice & #support about decommissioning #gridhost?? Charity I recommended to you just realised you end their hosting on Thur. They need HELP! Chat & phone lines CLOSED. Tickets 4hrs NO REPLY. Can't even open a new account & try email migrations myself.

Hey @tsohost @tsoHostHelp. A charity I recommended to you just realised you're closing their #gridhost hosting on Thur. Even if the volunteers spotted your first (26 Sep) warning email, 45 days is hardly 'notice'!! We need help! No reply to tickets. Chat and phone lines closed.
