This is what happens when you choose to fly outdated junk instead of a modern helicopter because internal noise in the cockpit & cabin exceeds MIL-STD-1474D limit.
FYI, the HAL LUH records an internal noise level of 105.6 dB, while the vintage Cheetah averages 92.4–101.5 dB during normal flight conditions and reaches in-flight peaks of 108.6 dB, also exceeding MIL-STD-1464D. Yet the Army seems to have no issue continuing to operate the Cheetah and risk life.

Also the cockpits of LUH vs H125 is revealing of the 40% more powerful engines that LUH employs. It's cockpit is much better equipped. Seats are probably more comfortable too (but looks can be deceiving).
When it comes to the H125 vs LUH, there is no match. LUH is a much more capable aircraft designed for Indian conditions.
Its high altitude performance is way superior to H125. It carried 200 kgs to Sonam and Amar which is above the flight ceiling of H125.

In 2020, the LUH took off from Leh and demonstrated its hot & high hover performance at DBO ALG at 5000 MAMSL. It also demonstrated its payload capability in Siachen glacier HA and landed at the highest helipads of Amar and Sonam.
The people in this helicopter (video below) survived an engine failure - but helicopters need to meet some design requirements to achieve this. Unfortunately our LUH is not there yet. Quoting from:
